#1 — All Sales Are Final

All sales are final. This is a 48-hour computer-driven sale. At the end of the 48-hour period, the high offer wins. By placing an offer, you are entering a binding contract to purchase the item at your offer price should you be the highest offerer when the sale ends.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By registering and participating in 48HrOnlineSale.com sales, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to register and offer. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

4. Offering Rules

• All offers are binding commitments to purchase the item at the offer amount if you are the winning offerer.
• You may not retract or cancel an offer once placed.
• Each sale runs for exactly 48 hours from its start time.
• The highest offer at the time the sale ends wins the item.
• 48HrOnlineSale.com reserves the right to cancel or void any offer at its sole discretion in cases of suspected fraud, error, or system malfunction.

5. Payment Obligations

• Winning offerers must complete payment within 48 hours of sale end.
• All sales are final. No refunds or exchanges unless the item is materially not as described.
• 48HrOnlineSale.com uses Base44 Payments to process all transactions securely.
• Failure to complete payment may result in account suspension and forfeiture of the item.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Winning offerers must provide a valid shipping address. Items will be shipped within 5 business days of confirmed payment. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer unless otherwise stated.

7. Privacy

Your personal information is handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws. We collect only the information necessary to operate the sale platform. Your data will not be sold or shared with third parties except as required to process payments and fulfill orders.

8. Limitation of Liability

48HrOnlineSale.com provides the platform "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform, including but not limited to technical issues, downtime, or offering errors.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users will be notified of material changes.

10. Standard Buyer Transaction Fee

A 10% transaction fee will be added to the final offer amount. For example, a winning offer of $100 will incur a $10 transaction fee, for a total of $110 due at checkout. This fee covers platform operations, payment processing, and administrative costs.

11. Standard Seller Transaction Fee

A 10% transaction fee will be deducted from the seller's proceeds on each completed sale. For example, if an item sells for $100, the seller will receive $90 after the 10% fee is applied. This fee covers platform operations, payment processing, and administrative costs associated with facilitating the sale.

12. Computer-Driven — No Time Added

As stated in #1, this sale is run by computer. There is no time added to the clock at any point. At the end of the 48-hour period, the high offer wins — no exceptions, no extensions.

13. Seller Minimum Offer

The seller will place a minimum offer to start the sale. Price with caution — the item could sell at that price. By setting the starting offer, the seller acknowledges and accepts that the item may be won for the minimum offer amount.

14. First-Time Seller Fee Waiver

First-time sellers will pay no fee if there are no offerers on their sale. If a sale receives no offers, first-time sellers are not charged any transaction fee for that listing.

15. Buy Now Option

On any active sale, a buyer may submit a Buy Now offer set at a 40% premium above the current offer (or the starting offer, if no offers have been placed). Submitting a Buy Now offer starts a 30-minute seller response window.

• If the seller accepts, the sale ends immediately and the buyer is the winner at the Buy Now price.
• If the seller declines, or the 30-minute window expires without a response, the sale continues and the current offer and high offerer remain unchanged.
• Only one pending Buy Now offer may be active on a sale at a time.
• A seller cannot submit a Buy Now offer on their own sale.
• The buyer transaction fee (see #10) applies to accepted Buy Now purchases.
